WM Donald are delighted to be part of the upcoming sustainable housing development in Banchory. Our work package includes installation of all infrastructure to the development including a “Safe Route to School”. The site presents its own challenges and a heavy requirement for the use of our Suction Excavator to safely work around services and the existing culvert. The site will include multiple bespoke plots that utilise heat source pumps and other methods as passive houses in a growing community.
