We have recently commenced with the civil engineering works to the previous Sunnyside Hospital grounds.
We have three works areas meantime on-site, those being named ‘The Woods’, ‘The Orchard’ and ‘Westfield’, these works comprise of the installation of new sewers, formation of new road constructions throughout the development to facility the new housing development and installation of foundations, floor slabs and all associated plot works.
The Westfield Development is a combination of affordable housing units and flatted development for a local housing authority, Hillcrest Housing.
