Contracts Manager

A a contracts Manager, you will be responsible to organise and be responsible for the successful delivery of all nominated construction projects to the time,quality, cost & revenue targets contained within the business plan. On a day to day basis, you will work closely with the individual site teams & the client's representative & to ensure control of H&S on all nominated projects.

Minimum Requirements

  • CSCS at Management Level
  • Demonstrable experience in Construction Management


Supervision of all direct employees, subcontractors, deliveries, plant and co-ordination to ensure projects are delivered within time to the required safety standards. Must be able to communicate and motivate site operatives and subcontractors along with being able to use technology to programme works, provide reports and keep good site records and data.

Essential Training and Qualifications

  • Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification
  • CSCS Card
  • 3 Day 1st Aid Certificate

Foreman - Gangers

Applicants must hold the Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience in sewers, drainage, earthworks, hard landscaping and general road construction.
  • CSCS Card/CPCS Card
  • Full UK driving Licence

The following qualifications would also be preferred but not essential as further training will be given to the right candidate

  • CPCS Roller & Dumper

Site Operatives

Experience in ground works and hold a CSCS card would be preferable but would be the ideal role for anyone wishing to take their first steps onto the career ladder within this industry as full training given along with excellent career prospects.
