WM Donald, as a result of opening our new office in Inverness and the successful award of new contracts, are delighted to be recruiting for the following in Inverness and Elgin Areas:
Supervision of all direct employees, subcontractors, deliveries, plant and co-ordination to ensure projects are delivered within time to the required safety standards. Must be able to communicate and motivate site operatives and subcontractors along with being able to use technology to programme works, provide reports and keep good site records and data.
Essential Training and Qualifications:
-Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification
-3 Day 1st Aid Certificate
Applicants must hold the Minimum Requirements:
-Previous experience in sewers, drainage, earthworks, hard landscaping and general road construction.
-CSCS Card/CPCS Card
-Full UK driving Licence
The following qualifications would also be preferred but not essential as further training will be given to the right candidate:
-CPCS Roller & Dumper
Experience in ground works and hold a CSCS card would be preferable but would be the ideal role for anyone wishing to take their first steps onto the career ladder within this industry as full training given along with excellent career prospects.
