ANCHOR WipeOut Corporate Cup Winners!
In August 2018, after months of gruelling physical, technical and psychological preparation, W M Donald’s team of finely tuned athletes triumphed in the first ever ANCHOR WipeOut Corporate Cup.
Held in Aberdeen’s Hazlehead Park, teams had to navigate a treacherous* and complex** inflatable obstacle course. More importantly, the event raised over £60,000 for the Friends of ANCHOR cancer charity.

Just the ticket
W M Donald stonemason, Alistair Anderson, has donated his Pictish stone carving of a wild boar and we are going to raffle this, as well as a luxury hamper, to raise funds for Friends of ANCHOR.
Tickets are £5.00 each and the raffle will be drawn at the Staff Christmas Party on Friday 21st December. You will be able to purchase tickets on the night of the party or you can purchase them in advance by emailing

Fresh from his starring role as Dick Whittington at His Majesty’s, Ewan joins the rest of the W M Donald team for the Christmas Dance.
September Shank
With a recovery from a supposed back injury that would have impressed Lazarus, Willie Donald beat all-comers to win the W M Donald September Shank golf outing at Strathmore.
A particular mention goes to Site Supervisor, Kevin Smith, for his victory in the ‘nearest the pin’ competition. Kevin only started playing in April this year.
