CCTV Surveys
CCTV surveys are a non-invasive method to inspect the interior of drains helping identify issues like blockages, damage or leaks without the need for excavation. We are the first in Scotland to use a 4K-HD CCTV rig, its crystal clarity and top-quality footage provides an on-point report leaving very little margin for errors. Using Wincan and Wincan web our clients can have easy access to their footage after works are completed.
No Dig Drain CIPP (cure-in-place-pipe) Lining Repairs
No Dig repairs involve inserting a resin-impregnated liner into a damaged pipe inflating it and curing the resin to form a new pipe within the old one, minimising disruption and excavation. Lining is used to fix a variety of issues including cracks, leaks and blockages caused by roots. It is also suitable for different types of pipes .
UV Re-Lining Repair
Ultraviolet process involves inserting a liner into an existing drainage pipe, it’s infused with a special resin containing UV initiators. Once the liner is in place UV lights are then activated causing the resin to cure and the liner to stay in place.
Sewer Mapping
Sewer mapping involves identifying and accurately plotting the location of sewers including pipes, manholes and other drainage features. This allows to support maintenance. We can provide manhole cards, GPS that provides a topographic survey.
Emergency Blockage Response
Our rapid response team work fast and effectively to clear blockages 6 days a week, whether that be internal blockages to toilets, sinks, baths and showers – we have the equipment to unblock quickly and prevent any flooding inside of homes. We also have our Jet vacuum tankers that are perfect to support in cases of emergency flooding for businesses, basements and car parks.
Confined Space Entry
All our engineers are confined space trained – this allows us to safely access manholes, chambers, wet walls for cleaning, repairs or handling jetting requirements.
Sewer Jetting / Gully Cleaning
Our high-pressure jetting units can dislodge the severest of blockage and in suction mode, the equipment has the capability to remove wet and dry material including silt, liquid waste, general debris, granulated and shredded solids or compacted sewage.
Ground Water Infiltration Repair
Various methods can be used to repair drainage pipes and chambers from unwanted water infiltration. This is essential to avoid further stress on the system for additional flows that could potentially cause blockages or overflow chambers and septic tanks.
Minor Excavations and Drain Repairs
Small excavations to replace pipe work and small access chambers damaged through failed installs or deterioration over time that is not suitable for UV or patch lining repairs
